The shamanic plant dietas are designed to give rest and healing to the mind, body, and spirit by setting aside, for a time, the trappings and distractions of the modern world in order to focus within and better listen to our inner voice. It is a time of relaxation and contemplation.
Everything is designed in order to receive the greatest benefit from your time during the 9 day medicinal plant dieta. Longer dietas are available. We can discuss the reasons for a longer dieta to decide if it would be appropriate.
These medicines are spiritual plant teachers and, like working with human spiritual teachers, can be confusing and hinder the personal healing process if too many are worked with at once or in a short period of time. However, opportunities may be provided to incorporate additional plant medicines such as Ayahuasca, Huachuma, Kambo or Tobacco to support your process. Kambo or Tobacco cleanses are offered only before drinking the plant(s) for the first time.
I have developed my practice to be able to work with people one-on-one as well as in small groups In order to best be able to provide the attention necessary.
